Launch Policy

Why we don't wait to get your site live – and why that's a good thing.

We believe websites should work for you—not sit unfinished in limbo. That’s why our launch policy is simple:

If the new site is even 1% better than the old one, we get it live.

Here’s why this approach works—and why it’s good for you:

1. You Shouldn’t Pay for Something You’re Not Using

Your new Modiphy site is more effective, faster, and easier to manage than your current one. We want you to start reaping those benefits immediately. You’re paying for a better site—so let’s get it live and working for your business.

2. We Build With What You Already Have

Unless new content is provided, we’ll use what’s currently on your live site. If something’s outdated or incorrect, we’ll either:

  • Bring it over as-is (since it was already public),
  • Hide it entirely if it shouldn’t be displayed at all.

We know it takes time to create new website content. And you've got plenty on your plate. This is how we alleviate the burden from you so you can focus on what's urgent and get to the website edits when you have margin to.

3. Changes Can Happen After Launch

Need to update text? Add a team member? Create a new page? No problem. Our support plans are designed for exactly that. We’ll keep evolving your site with you once it’s live.

Also remember that there is no "Print" button on a website. It is never "complete." Websites are not static but dynamic, living entities that are always changing. We get that. It's in our name.

4. No Endless Review Loops

Once the design direction is approved during the Review Call, we complete the site and launch it. There is no need for additional “approval” meetings before going live. This prevents delays, keeps the momentum, and ensures your site starts working for you sooner.

5. We Keep a Copy of Your Old Site—Just in Case

Before launch, we create and store a replica of your original site. If we ever need to reference it, it’s there. You’re never at risk of losing anything important.

Bottom Line:

We launch fast because it’s better for you. It avoids delays, prevents wasted spend, and gets your site doing what it was built to do: support your business.
