Bossier Parish Clerk of Court

Project Description
Project Overview
The Bossier Parish Clerk of Court office serves the 26th Judicial District Court of Louisiana from Benton, Louisiana. The office provides public access to court records, filings, vital records, election information and jury services for residents, attorneys and self-represented litigants.
Modiphy built a website that brings the many services of a busy clerk's office together in one easy-to-navigate place.
The Challenge
A clerk of court's office handles everything from e-filing to marriage licenses to jury duty, and many of its services run on separate external systems. The site needed to help people find the right service quickly, understand fees and forms, and know when the office is open.
Our Solution
We organised the site around what people come to do. It links to Clerk Connect, electronic filing, e-recording and UCC filings, and covers elections, vital records, recording information, civil and criminal fees, pro se litigant information, expungement, jury duty, protective orders, court calendars, forms, announcements and holiday closures.
The Result
Residents, attorneys and litigants can now find the service, form or fee they need and reach the right online system from one site, without a phone call or office visit.
