Project Overview
The Iberia Parish Clerk of Court office serves the 16th Judicial District Court of Louisiana from New Iberia, led by Clerk of Court David Ditch. The office provides birth and death certificates, passports, marriage licenses, a wedding chapel, background checks, jury duty information, e-recording, e-filing, elections, small claims, mortgage certificates and public records requests.
Modiphy built a website that brings the many services of the clerk's office together for Iberia Parish residents.
The Challenge
Residents and attorneys contact the clerk for dozens of different services. The office needed a site that helped people find the right service, look up court information and avoid unnecessary trips to the courthouse.
Our Solution
We built service pages for each area of the office, with docket search, court date lookup, a voter portal link, public notices, online subscriptions and clear hours and contact details.
The Result
Iberia Parish residents and attorneys can now find services, search dockets and look up court dates online.
