Project Overview

24/7 Coin Laundry has served Baton Rouge since 2008, with two laundromats on Coursey Boulevard and Millerville Road. Both locations offer round-the-clock self-service laundry, and the business also runs a wash, dry and fold drop-off service starting at $1.50 per pound.

Modiphy built a website that answers the questions laundromat customers actually ask: where is it, when is it open, how do I pay, and what does it cost.

The Challenge

A laundromat lives or dies on practical details. With two locations, different payment systems at each one, and both self-service and drop-off options, customers needed a single place to find the right address, hours, prices and payment instructions, in English and Spanish.

Our Solution

We built dedicated location pages with directions, a pricing page, and step-by-step payment guides for each system, including the Laundroworks card and Laundry Cat app at Coursey and Dexterpay at Millerville. The site also covers amenities, wash and fold policies, reviews and careers, with a full Spanish version.

The Result

Customers can now check hours, pick the nearest location, see prices and learn how to pay before they leave the house, and Spanish-speaking customers get the same information in their own language.

The Real FAQ's

What does "24-7" in the business name signal to customers?
It signals round-the-clock access — a key differentiator for a laundromat, since availability at any hour is often the primary reason customers choose one location over another.
What should a laundromat's website actually help customers do?
A laundromat's core online purpose is telling customers real-time practical details — location, hours, machine types, and payment options — since laundry customers make quick, convenience-driven decisions rather than comparison-shopping laundromats.
Does Modiphy build websites for retail and service-based small businesses like laundromats?
Yes — Modiphy built the site for 24-7 Coin Laundry, reflecting its work with everyday local service businesses across Louisiana and Wichita.
