Project Overview
Acadiana Paint & Supply is a Platinum PPG Distributor with locations in Lafayette and New Iberia, Louisiana. It supplies collision, commercial and industrial coatings to body shops, collision centers, contractors, manufacturers and DIY painters across Acadiana.
Modiphy redesigned the company's website to give a technical, product-heavy business a cleaner way to present its product lines, PPG technologies and two locations.
The Challenge
Acadiana Paint & Supply serves very different customers, from collision repair shops to industrial users to weekend painters. The previous site needed to be replaced with one that could organise three product lines, explain PPG's digital and automated mixing technologies, and make it easy for trade customers to open an account or get in touch.
Our Solution
We rebuilt the site around the company's three markets: Collision, Commercial and Industrial. The new site highlights PPG technologies such as the LINQ digital platform, MoonWalk automated mixing and MIX'N'SHAKE, and adds an Open An Account page, SDS search, both store locations with hours, a text message program and a customer review section.
The Result
The redesign gives Acadiana Paint & Supply a modern site that matches its Platinum PPG status, routes each type of customer to the right product line, and turns visits into account sign-ups, calls and texts.
