Project Overview
Adventure Nannies is a nationwide, B Corp Certified nanny agency that matches exceptional nannies with extraordinary families. It places long-term nannies, travel and temp nannies, private educators, newborn care specialists and rotational nanny teams, with local pages for cities including New York, Washington D.C., Austin, Dallas, Houston, Denver and the Bay Area.
Modiphy redesigned the Adventure Nannies website to serve both sides of the agency: families looking to hire and nannies looking for their next role.
The Challenge
A nanny agency has two audiences with very different needs. Families want reassurance about screening and fit before they commit, while candidates want to browse jobs and understand the process. The previous site needed to be replaced with one that could serve both, while showing off a strong brand and a growing content program.
Our Solution
We built separate paths for families and candidates. Families get service pages, city pages, the placement process and a Hire a Nanny intake form. Candidates get a searchable job board, candidate process pages and resources. The site also brings together the podcast, blog, events, Nanny Camp and merch in one place.
The Result
Adventure Nannies now has a site that works as both a sales tool and a recruiting engine, guiding families to start a search and helping nannies find open roles, all under one consistent brand.
