Baton Rouge Airport

Project Description
Project Overview
Baton Rouge Metropolitan Airport (BTR) is the commercial airport serving Baton Rouge, Louisiana, branded around the idea of flying local. The airport offers service from American, Delta and United, and its website serves travellers, the local community, businesses and airline partners.
Modiphy built a website that helps travellers plan their trip through BTR and gives businesses and the community access to airport information.
The Challenge
An airport website has two very different jobs: helping travellers with flights, parking and security, and serving businesses, vendors and the public with bids, projects and meetings. BTR needed a site that handled both without getting cluttered.
Our Solution
We built clear sections for flight information, parking and transportation, passenger services, airlines, business opportunities, security and airport projects. The site includes links to book flights, car rentals and hotels, an interactive terminal map, newsletter signup, ADA complaint form, passenger survey, downloadable reports and budgets, meeting listings and galleries.
The Result
Travellers can now plan their trip through BTR, from flights to parking to baggage claim, while vendors, residents and partners can find bids, projects and meetings in one place.
