Project Overview
Chief of Minds is an organizational development strategy firm in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, whose mission is to make organizational development easy for its clients. It provides human resources, government solutions, training, development and coaching, and AI upskilling and reskilling training for corporate, private, government and nonprofit organizations.
Modiphy built a website that presents the firm's services and credibility to organizations across the private and public sectors.
The Challenge
HR and organizational development firms compete on trust and track record. Chief of Minds needed a site that explained its services clearly, showed the organizations it works with and supported clients who already rely on it.
Our Solution
We built service pages for human resources, government solutions, training and coaching, and AI upskilling. The site displays client logos, testimonials and certifications, and includes a blog, shop, careers, press and speaking pages, a client login and a newsletter signup.
The Result
Prospective clients can now see the full range of Chief of Minds' services and the organizations it works with, while existing clients can log in directly from the site.
