Cretin Townsend Homes
Project Description
Project Overview
Cretin Townsend Homes is a custom home builder founded in 1976 that builds stick-built homes on customers' own land rather than in subdivisions. It serves families across Louisiana, Mississippi, Alabama and Florida from Design Centers in Ponchatoula and Carencro, Louisiana, Gulfport, Mississippi, Mobile, Alabama and Pensacola, Florida.
Modiphy built a website that helps families who own land picture their future home and start the building process.
The Challenge
Building a custom home on your own land is a big decision with many steps, from site prep and permits to financing. Cretin Townsend needed a site that explained the process, showed off its homes and connected visitors with the nearest Design Center.
Our Solution
We built pages for floor plans and styles, featured homes, the building process, warranty, FAQs and a blog, with photo and virtual reality galleries and Design Center locations across four states.
The Result
Families across the Gulf South can now explore home styles, understand each step of building on their own land and connect with their nearest Design Center.
