Home South Communities
Project Description
Project Overview
Home South Communities is a South Louisiana homebuilder based in Baton Rouge that describes itself as the next generation of home builders. Buyers choose their home site, floorplan, upgrades and colors in a single scheduled appointment.
Modiphy built a website that shows buyers how simple building a new home can be.
The Challenge
Building a new home can feel overwhelming. Home South needed a site that explained its streamlined selection process, showed its homes and made it easy for buyers and homeowners to get in touch.
Our Solution
We built the site around the buying process, with a gallery, an inquiry form, a warranty request option and contact details.
The Result
Prospective buyers can now understand how Home South works and start the process online, while homeowners can request warranty service.
