Project Overview
The Plaquemines Parish Tourism Commission promotes Louisiana's Delta Country, where the Mississippi River runs its last 70 miles to the Gulf. Based in Belle Chasse, it guides visitors to fishing, birding, hunting, eco-tours, parks, historic sites, restaurants, lodging and events.
Modiphy redesigned the website to inspire trips to Plaquemines Parish and help visitors plan them.
The Challenge
Tourism sites have to inspire and inform at the same time. The previous site needed to be replaced with one that showed off the parish's outdoor experiences and made planning easy.
Our Solution
We rebuilt the site with guides for fishing, birding, hunting, eco-tours, parks and history, plus dining, lodging, an events calendar, a downloadable visitor guide and news signup.
The Result
Visitors can now discover what Plaquemines Parish offers and plan their trip in one place.
