Founded by Kevin Spencer, the firm handles will contests, trust disputes, fiduciary litigation, guardianship, mediation and appeals, and reports more than $100 million in cumulative settlements.
Modiphy built a website that helps families facing estate disputes understand their options.
The Challenge
Families in estate disputes are dealing with loss and conflict at the same time. The firm needed a site that explained complex issues plainly and made it easy to share case details.
