Project Overview
Battle Born Youth ChalleNGe Academy is Nevada's National Guard Youth ChalleNGe Program, based in Carlin, Nevada. It is a free, residential program for young people aged 16 to 18, built around education, training and service.
Modiphy built a website that serves the many people involved in the academy, from prospective cadets and their families to donors, staff and community groups.
The Challenge
A youth program like this has to win the trust of teenagers and their parents, explain a demanding residential experience clearly, and guide families through eligibility and admissions. At the same time, it needs to support donors, recruit staff and handle requests from the community.
Our Solution
We built clear admissions pages with eligibility requirements, application steps, an Apply Now form and a Request Info form. The site explains the program's eight core components, from academic excellence and job skills to physical fitness and leadership, and adds parent and cadet handbooks, an FAQ, an event calendar, staff listings, a gallery, virtual tours, donations and community service requests.
The Result
Families can now understand the program, check eligibility and apply online, while supporters and community groups have a clear way to donate, volunteer or request the academy's services.
