Southern University Ag Center
Project Description
Project Overview
The Southern University Ag Center is the agricultural unit of Southern University in Baton Rouge, described as the university's longest standing academic unit. It offers academic programs, research in areas such as aquaculture, food safety and soil health, and Extension programs in agriculture, family and human sciences, youth development and nutrition across all 64 Louisiana parishes.
Modiphy redesigned the Ag Center's website to connect students, farmers and families with its programs.
The Challenge
The Ag Center serves students, researchers, farmers and families statewide. The previous site needed to be replaced with one that organised academics, research and Extension clearly for each audience.
Our Solution
We rebuilt the site with sections for academics, research, Extension and facilities, including the demonstration farm and the Maurice A. Edmond Livestock Arena.
The Result
Students, farmers and families across Louisiana can now find the Ag Center programs relevant to them.
