Madden Gulf Coast is the Southeast Louisiana operating business of Madden Contracting Co., a family-managed company founded in 1963. It is a paving contractor and hot mix producer specializing in heavy highway asphalt road construction, with a corporate office in Denham Springs and hot mix plants in Port Allen, Convent, Westwego and Amite.
Modiphy built a website focused on helping Madden attract the skilled people it needs.
The Challenge
Highway construction depends on skilled crews and certified truck drivers, and competition for workers is strong. Madden Gulf Coast needed a site that presented the company as a great place to work.
