MIS Technology Group is an IT support provider in Zachary, Louisiana, celebrating 25 years in business. It provides managed IT, cloud and Windows 365, desktop and server support, infrastructure, help desk, VoIP, virtualization and disaster recovery to educational institutions and small businesses, and partners with Microsoft, Cisco Meraki and HP.
Modiphy built a website that explains MIS's services and gives existing customers quick access to support.
The Challenge
Schools and small businesses need IT partners they can rely on and reach quickly. MIS needed a site that explained its services, showed its partnerships and supported existing customers.
Our Solution
We built service pages, partner information, a case study, live chat, remote support, a customer portal and office hours.
The Result
Schools and small businesses can now explore MIS's services, and existing customers can get support directly from the site.
