B.R. Primary Care Collaborative

Project Description
Project Overview
B.R. Primary Care Collaborative is a nonprofit, community-based safety-net provider in Baton Rouge, created in 2003. It operates two Federally Qualified Health Centers, a Health Care for the Homeless clinic and a Community Health Center, providing care to people in East Baton Rouge Parish and surrounding areas regardless of ability to pay.
Modiphy built a website that makes it clear who the Collaborative serves, what care is available and how to get in.
The Challenge
Many of the Collaborative's patients face barriers to care, so the website had to be simple and reassuring. People needed to understand quickly that they are welcome, which services are offered for adults, women, children and behavioral health, and how to reach the clinic.
Our Solution
We built clear service pages for adult health, women's health, pediatric health and behavioral health, with prominent messages that the Collaborative is accepting new patients, welcomes walk-ins and accepts all major insurance. The site includes click-to-call contact, directions, insurance and careers pages, partner listings and patient testimonials.
The Result
Patients can now see in seconds that care is available to them and how to access it, while partners, funders and job seekers get a clear picture of the Collaborative's mission and work.
