Project Overview
Renal Associates of Baton Rouge is a nephrology practice that describes itself as Louisiana's largest nephrology-specific group, with 15 physicians and 10 nurse practitioners across 4 offices and 5 hospitals. It cares for patients with chronic kidney disease, hypertension and electrolyte disorders, manages dialysis, and offers transplant consultation, vascular access management and clinical research.
Modiphy built a website that helps kidney patients and their families find care and manage appointments.
The Challenge
Kidney patients often need ongoing, coordinated care. The practice needed a site that explained its services, supported telehealth and gave patients easy access to the portal, billing and lab information.
Our Solution
We built service pages, a patient portal link, telehealth information, billing and privacy pages, lab instructions and careers.
The Result
Patients can now learn about their care, access the portal and telehealth, and find lab and billing information online.
